Delivery Policy
At Raff & Tumble, we are committed to making sure your child's toys arrive at your doorstep in a timely and safe manner. We offer two Royal Mail delivery options.
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) - £2.99 or free with orders over £30
Express delivery (1-2 working days) - £5.99 or free with orders over £50
Our packaging is designed to protect your purchase during transit, and we take pride in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns about delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your child to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Raff & Tumble.
If you change your mind and wish to return your order you have 14 days to do so.
All items must be returned with the original packaging or unfortunately a refund won't be given. When we receive your items back they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email.
To return the item at your own cost please email info@raffandtumble.co.uk for returns address.

Faulty Items: If the item you have ordered is faulty please send back to the above address, once the item is received back in store we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.
